Within Whelehans there are five operating divisions: Health & Beauty, Surgical, Gardening, Crop Protection and Animal Health. Another Group company is Perrans Distributors Ltd.

With effect from Friday 8th of October, the TP Whelehan Group was sold to Verbena Limited, a 100% Irish owned company. Verbena looks forward to working with our existing principals to strengthen the TP Whelehan business in delivering excellent service and value to our customers.
